AP Test Dates

Advanced Placement (AP) tests are given at the end of year-long advanced placement courses in schools throughout the United States, Canada, and other countries. AP course are intended to help students gain the skills required to be successful in college and AP exam scores may earn college credit in some cases. Administered by The College Board, the AP exams are given once every year in a two-week period near the end of the school.

Some schools may choose to fill out identifying forms prior to the days of the actual exam.


If you are enrolled in an AP class at your school, then your AP coordinator will help you register for exams; however, if you are home-schooled and would like to take a test, then you may call AP Services at the number listed below before March 1 for the names and contact information of local AP coordinators who will register you for the exam(s) you wish to take.
