Welcome to TestDatesCentral.com, where you'll find all the information you need to know about the major standardized tests which are only given on certain dates throughout the year.
Most standardized tests which are given for educational or employment purposes can be taken at any time, five days a week, 52 weeks a year. A person simply needs to find out where the nearest testing center is, register, and pay the testing fees. However, there are many important tests which aren't available to take anytime a person wants to, but are only given a few times a year. Missing out on one of these tests because you weren't aware of the testing dates can be a tremendous setback, possibly causing a person to postpone the next step in their career or education for up to an entire year.
For example, consider the ACT exam. It is only given a few times per year, and if you wait too long to take it, you'll be at a huge disadvantage when it comes to college admissions, since you won't be able to complete your applications in a timely manner. Since early applicants have a tremendous edge, the harm done can be significant. Should you miss the last test date, you'll most likely have to wait until the following year to attend college, at least if you want to attend a competitive college. The situation is much the same with the SAT test. Some tests, such as the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) and the Pharmacy College Admission Test (PCAT), are only given once a year, making the consequences of missing the test even more drastic.
Of course, college and grad school exams aren't the only ones we cover on this site. You'll also find test dates for several different employment tests, such as:
Of course, as new tests come on the market, or established ones undergo changes, we'll update the site to keep the information as accurate and current as possible.
In addition to test dates, you'll find a lot more information about the different exams on the site. In most cases, you'll be able to find out the basic information as to where you can take the test, how much it will cost, how to register, test codes, the organization responsible for the test and their contact information, whether the test is a computer based exam, or an old fashioned paper and pencil test, etc. We'll also be introducing some sample test questions for different exams in the not too distant future, to better help you prepare for these crucial exams. So be sure and bookmark us, and let us keep you up to date and informed on whatever big tests are coming up in your future. Don't delay your education or career because you missed an important date, or didn't know how to register.
